COSMIC TRAVEL NETWORK CONTRACT
The travelcontract mentioned below, is regulated by the "Traveling International Convention" signed in Brussels on April 23, 1990, which stated that all the cancellations, changes and substitutions by reasons applicable to the passenger or the Agency, are subject to penalty. The cancellations, changes and substitutions of reservations made by unforeseen circumstances and by mayor force, as the one caused by natural or social phenomenon, will be regulated as stated in this contract.
General reservations:
The reservations accepted by Cosmic Travel Network, will be subject to availability of transportation, lodging and operators, which will be informed to the passenger through a final confirmation. The itineraries: are worked very carefully with the passengers assistance but, for operational reasons, it could be necessary to change the order of the activities, due to major force problems, such as natural disasters, etc., which in most cases the transport and operators of the city to be visited are totally stopped, in these unforeseen cases.
Traveler documentation:
Cosmic Travel Network recommends the passengers, to present their personal documents to present themselves to the operator and hotels with accurate names and numbers in the passport.
Passports & Visas:
You are responsible for all visas, permits, necessary health requirements, and any other documents as required by law, regulations and orders of the countries you visit. All passengers traveling to South and Central America require a Passport, valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip, and with appropriate visas according to the policy of each country.
Modification of reservations:
Any changes made by the passenger must be done up to 45 labor days (individual passengers) prior the trip, the changes in reservations within 44 labor days prior the date of the trip, will be evaluated. Cosmic Travel Network reserves the right to accept or declined the modifications that are requested.
Air tickets booking:
Prices are subject to availability and prices change until the date of issue, the passenger will be informed about the changes. The schedule and flight numbers are also subject to be changed by the airline until the departure date.
Important: The personal information the passenger sends like: names, surnames and passport numbers for the flight reservations have to be the same as your passport document. It will be the responsibility of the passenger in case there are some mistakes or omissions.
Cancellation Recess Package (individual passengers):
The request of cancellation must be done including all the relevant information. Take note that the package is subject for the Hotels and suppliers cancellation polices so for this reason the deadline below will be depending of the final response from them. In case there exists air tickets included in the package that will not be refunded.
Up to 45 labor days (Monday to Friday) prior the trip, the cancelation fee is $15.00.
Within 30 and 44 labor days (Monday to Friday) prior the trip, 30% will be the cancelation fee.
Within 16 and 29 labor days (Monday to Friday) prior the trip, 60% will be the cancelation fee.
There will not be any reimbursement within the 15 labor days prior to the arrival.
Important: Promotional packages, fixed departure packages and Cruise package the cancellation fee is different than the one we mentioned above. The cancellation fee depends on the Hotel or Supplier and the dates prior the departure.
Cancellation of the deposit:
If the passenger requests to cancel the deposit before the Cosmic Travel Network starts with all the reservations of your package there will be a discount of $15 for administrative expenses.
The Reimbursement:
The request of the reimbursement has to be required by e-mail with all the relevant reasons, this process takes 30 to 45 labor days .It depends of the case. The reimbursement is made to your credit card then in a few days the passenger needs to review with their bank.
Responsibility:
Cosmic Travel Network organizes by order and account of our passengers, with their names, the transportation, lodging and otherrequired tourist services, so we are not responsible in case of accidents,personal effects lost, delays or interferences with the tour, due to be forced by bad weather conditions or some problems inthe transportation companies like airplanes, trains and buses. We have no direct responsibility.
Cosmic Travel Network is not responsible for any kind of sickness, maternity, physical or mental impediments, which may put into risk the health or integrity of our passenger or third parties during the tour. We will not assume any claim or reimbursement due to the above mentioned reasons.
Inform us previously to the agreement of our services, about any limitation of any nature, in order to recommend special services which contemplate the existing impediments.
Quality of the services: Cosmic Travel Network guarantees all the services due to having 14 years working in tourism and has a very good commercial relation with the suppliers and Hotels companies.
Important: Cosmic Travel Network provides our passengers with an Emergency Number available from Monday to Sunday the 24 hours Labor and Holiday days.
