TOUR ENDS IN ROME CITY
This special day commences at around 9:30 in the morning. There will be a car waiting at the steps of your hotel, and from there the adventure shall begin. We will take you to the ancient village, called Mazzano Romano. There have been traces of the existence of this village dating back to the Roman era. Although it is only roughly, 25-30 minutes outside of Roma, once inside this medieval village, you will feel like you've entered another world. Once we have arrived within Mazzano, we will make our way to the lavish garden, filled with the freshness of spices and vegetables. We will pick everything that we need to utilize in order to proceed with the cooking lesson of the particular day, but make sure that you're not wearing your best shoes, as you will even have the opportunity to pick the eggs right from the farm. This is an experience of a lifetime. Once we have spent enough time in the garden/farm, with everything we have picked, we will proceed to make our way to the glorious house where much will be created. Once inside, the lessons shall begin. The chef will take his time, slowly and clearly explaining in depth how it is one cooks, but more so, how one cooks well; how it is that one cooks Italian. With his fabulous explanations the chef will teach you things that you will be able to bring home with you. From the appetizers, to the first course, the second course and of course to dessert, the chef will guide you through the fabrications of the delightful, traditional Italian cuisine. What's particular about his teaching is he always offers his own personal advice on each dish and of course he shows you how to serve it in a rather beautiful manner, after all the eyes are the gateway to our stomachs. Your questions and pictures are always welcomed and once you have entered the house, you are provided with your own apron, and thus, along with the chef you are welcomed to try everything for yourself. After all the lessons and the cooking, its time to eat!!! The house over looks a gigantic forest, with an overflowing river, and while sipping the taste of only the best wines that Italia has to offer, and eating all you have learned, you will hear the soothing river flowing below, and feel the relaxing cool breeze. Once you have finished your wine and the ever tantalizing dessert, we will take you to a very particular village. This village, called Calcata, is just next door to Mazzano. This village, from afar, looks like one huge castle, but as you enter you realize that it's a knit of a bunch of little homes. Calcata was taken over by hippies in the seventies, and thus there is much to see besides the beautiful scenery. There are diverse artist of all kinds who sell their one of a kind traits at reasonable prices. From here we will make our way to Monte Gelato. Monte Gelato is made up of a bunch of mini water falls, thin bridges and an old mill. The sight is truly miraculous. It is here, where many indie movies from the seventies and eighties have been filmed. Again, the sight is particular and captivating, you'll feel like you've entered another world. After the falls, we will take you back to your hotel, and even though the adventure has concluded, you will be given a booklet with writings of all that you have learned, along with your very own Noor Cooking School apron and I'm sure you will have taken many pictures of the beauty that nature has to offer; therefore, nothing will be forgotten.
